Rosette Card

Hello there!!!  Trying to decide what card i wanted to post for today, i came across this Rosette card that i had made awhile ago and never shared:(  So, no better time then the present right?

The Rosette is something that is so much fun to make.  You can either use the die that is offered by SU!, or, my personal preference, use your Score Board and score at whichever width you want your Rosette to be.  I like this method for that exact reason... i can make them in all different sizes.

For this Rosette i started with a piece of Elegant Eggplant 1" x 5 1/2" and scored my piece every 1/2".  Once you are done scoring, you take and accordion fold your strip.  Once it is all folded, attach the two end with Red Sticky.  I strongly suggest Red Sticky because you want to make sure that it has a good hold!!  Then, push down on your Rosette and stick it (i like to use the Tumbo glue for this part) down to a circle piece (doesn't matter which size just as long as it is smaller then your Rosette).  Let it dry a few seconds and presto.... you have your Rosette!!!

A friendly reminder too that SAB is almost over:(  Don't forget to place your order to receive a free item for every $50 you spend (prior to tax and s/h).

Well all, hope you enjoyed today's post!! Until next time...
