Simple Box Video Tutorial

Hello there stampers!! Today is Friday Video day!! YAY!! So, a few weeks ago now i posted this box (with the intentions that it would be that next weeks Friday Video) but I am now just getting up to post it!!   Well, better late then never right?  I have been doing some soul searching lately when it comes to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin' and crafting in general and like I said yesterday, there are going to be some changes made.  Again, don't want to say too much too soon but i hope you all stick around and hang in there with me while i make the changes!!

This box is really an awesome box! It is a great size and like all boxes/bags can be used for almost any occasion.  The other wonderful thing about this box is that it can be made quickly so it can be made in large quantities and not take you years to do it.

Today's video too i have a little guest speaker with me:) LOL!!  Let's take a look shall we?

The item that i am showcasing today is the Under the Tree Specialty paper.  LOVE it!!!

Well that is all for today folks! Thanks for stopping by and until next time...

Stacked Trees

Hi everyone! Long time no post hey?  Sorry for the delay lately.  I have been doing a lot of crafting/scrapbooking lately and been not seeming to find the time to post...  needless to say that some things are going to be changing here on Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin'.  I don't want to say too much too soon, you are just going to have to wait and see;)

So, today's share is using the Festival of Trees stamp set and the coordinating Tree punch.  Two amazing items sold by Stampin' Up!  Here is a closer look at them:

Well that is all for today friends.  Thanks so swinging by today.  Until next time...

Team Swap

Hi everyone! Welcome to a quick share here at Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin'.

I received the materials from my up-line today for our monthly team swap.  Each month she sends everyone who wishes to participate a few items that we have to incorporate into our card/project.  This month it was 2 pieces of DSP.  The part of my card, or the DSP i should say, that was sent to me was the All is Calm piece (the green piece).  Then we have to come up with the rest of the items ourselves.

I chose to do a 2-tone diagonal look if you will.  I took the piece of DSP that was provided and then placed another piece of DSP from the Trim The Tree paper stack behind it and trimmed my edges off. I like how it turned out!

Well that is all for today my friends! Thanks so much for stopping by. Until next time...

2 Tier Christmas Card

Hi all!  Welcome to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin' and today's card share.

Today's card is a tier card.  A couple of years ago i did a video on how you too can make a tier card. You can check that video out HERE.  I used the Cheerful Christmas stamp set today.  Here is a closer look at the entire set:

Frankie Fry Box Video

Hi there stampers! Welcome to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin' and this week's Friday Video! I am sooo excited about this week's video.  I made this little Frankie Fry box a little over a week ago and have been dying to share it with you! I got the idea from one that i saw on Pinterest and had to give it a whirl! Isn't he adorable?!?!?!? Oh my gosh!!!

The main item that you need to make this adorable little guy is the Fry Box die that goes through your Big Shot machine.  I explain that all in this weeks video.  Let's take a look:)

CUTE!!!  So i showed you another one that i came up with for Christmas, a little Ruldolph. I love his red nose that is made out of the Red Glitter Paper.

Here is a closer look at the Fry Box die that i used to make this little boxes of cuteness!!

Now real quick before i go, i mentioned earlier this week that this weekend is mine and my mom's annual scrapbooking weekend.  Every year we head to Chesaning, MI (sometime twice a year) for a 3 day weekend where all we do is scrapbook/card make, some quilt... some just talk and share ideas... it is AN AMAZING TIME!!!  So the hubby was loading my truck and i thought i would snap a shot of what exactly he was loading...

Yup, that's my stuff (minus my food and clothes of course). I think i got everything, lol:) Now only if he would travel with me to help unload it and then load it up again on Sunday, lol;)

Well that's it for today my crafty friends.  Thanks for stopping by and until next time...
