Tile Technique Video

YAY, it's Friday Video time!!! Whoo Hoo!!!

Today's video is featuring the Tile Technique.  This is a fun and simple technique that you can do to make it look as though your image is stamped on a piece of tile.  Earlier this week i posted THIS card and thought that the technique would be a great video.  So here we go...

Well all, again like last week, Google and YouTube are having troubles connecting.  They have been notified though and are working to fix the problem.  However, until that is fixed for this weeks video you will have to directly visit my YouTube Channel.  You can get there by clicking on the man with the camera on the right side of my site. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and i thank you for your patients.

Pretty neat huh?  And didn't i tell you it was simple?  LOVE IT!!  For the card  today I used a piece of Whisper White card stock cut at 3 3/4" x 5" and stamped my image from the Just Believe set all over.  Then scored that piece every 1" to give me my "tile" affect.  I then backed it with a piece of Melon Mambo cut at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".

I used my  Elegant Butterfly Punch with a piece of Wisteria Wonder as well as a piece of Vellum (not the Vellum Card Stock, just the regular Vellum).  I then sponged along the edges of my Wisteria Wonder with my Sponge Daubers and Wisteria Wonder ink.

After the video i added a piece of Basic Black card stock to the middle of my butterfly and drew some antenna's on him.  Then punch out my greeting "thank you" from the Just Believe stamp set and backed it again with Wisteria Wonder card stock and my Elegant Label Punch.

Well all, that is today's video.  I really hope that you enjoyed and that you stop back by again soon.  Until next time...
