Hello There!!

Woo Hoo... It's Thursday and that means that tomorrow begin my 3 day weekend! I'm so excited!  Do any of you have big plans for Father's Day? Don't forget, it is this Sunday!!! My hubby and I are taking our little one to the zoo for Father's Day.  Her first official zoo trip! I am sooo excited i can barley contain myself!!! 

For today's share i wanted to use the new stamp set, Timeless Talk.  This set is so cute! I know, i know... i say that about all the sets but it's the truth. They are all adorable.  This one i love though because of the look of the old fashioned telephone.  I stamped my image on a piece of Very Vanilla and then bordered that with Crisp Cantaloupe and that with Very Vanilla again.  My backing of my card is a piece of Whisper White and then i sponged Crisp Cantaloupe all over to make my own colored card stock.  I love doing the sponging because i like to leave some White here and there.  Then, see the Delicate Lace Tape on the side? That is actually sponged over so that the card stock (whisper white) peaks through.

Isn't that neat?  To add some finishing touches i corner cut a piece of the new Afternoon Picnic DSP and placed it just in the corner and then i added some Jewels to my phone... as the buttons.
