So if you are anything like me you don't ever throw away any of your scraps, whether it be cute DSP or just plain card stock. Which is great, but i find that then i have all of these pieces and don't really know what to do with them. Some are to small to really do anything with. Well, here is a little suggestion to that problem. Use it to make a cute background.
For this card i used scraps of the awesome Gingham Garden DSP and mixed it up with some scraps of Island Indigo that i had. I LOVE how it turned out. Very retro if you ask me! I gave it a splash of summer color by adding a 1" x 5 1/2" strip of the Strawberry Slush. The stamp set that i used today is the adorable Timeless Talk set. Here is a closer look:
