Epsom Background Technique Video

Happy Friday all and welcome to today's Friday Video!! I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July! Ours was filled with parades, fireworks, BBQ's and bonfires.  A perfect holiday if you ask me!!!

Today's video is of the Epsom Background.  I posed this card on Monday and wanted to do a video tutorial on how you can turn just a normal piece of SU! card stock into a Crystal Background.  Here is a bit closer look at the background:

So shiny and pretty! I love it!  Well, let's not wait any longer... on with the video!!!

Now after the video i did try and dry one of the pieces that i did with my heat tool.  This is how it turned out...

Not shiny at all.  Rather pretty dull.  But then i got to looking at it and I actually kind of liked the background look. So i created this super simple Thank You card using the sentiment from the hostess set Simply Sketched and a piece of White Satin Ribbon.  Cute!!!

Well that's all for today folks.  Hope you all enjoyed and you were inspired at least a little.  Now go on and get craftin' and until next time...
