Seasonally Scattered with Deco Label Frame

Hi there stampers. Welcome to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin' and today card share.  Today i am sharing a card that i made using the Baby Wipe Technique.  I posted a card using this technique a couple of weeks ago.  You see how i got all of the different colors on my image using a baby wipe you can view my past post HERE.  I did a picture tutorial and explained how to do this awesome technique.

The stamp set that i used today is called Seasonally Scattered and is in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  It is a three piece stamp.  It is the set that i am showcasing today.  

I decided that i wanted my card to have some sort of frame, but didn't just want the frame to be flush so i cut out a space on a piece of Crumb Cake card stock using the Deco Label Framelits and then mounted that on to the base of my card which is Whisper White and measures average size of 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4".
