Hatched

Hi stampers.  Welcome to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin'.  Well, today in the mitten state it is beginning to feel like Spring.  When I got home from work today I was able to open up the window, hear the sound of the outdoors and breath in the crisp fresh air! It was a real treat!!

So, it only felt fitting to post another Easter Card.  Easter makes me think of Spring, along with many, many other things of course.  Today's card I have entitled Hatch, because well that is what these little chickies did:)

The eggs are made by using some Whisper White, a fabulous stamp set and some Spring colors.  Then I just took my paper snips and cut the eggs on what I thought they would look like after they hatch.  Both eggs are using the stamp set Work of Art.  I love the images in this set.  They are great for backgrounds!  The egg on the left is using the color Pink Pirouette and believe it or not, it is just one stamp that I used.  I actually kind of messed up and didn't line the image up the way I intended, but then when I looked at it I actually thought it came out PERFECT!!! The egg on the right is using the colors Tempting Turquoise and Melon Mambo.  Along with another image from the Work of Art set.

Which is the set that I am showcasing today (go figure, lol)

Well that is it for today's share friends.  I hope you enjoyed.  Don't forget to check out:

Thanks so much for stopping by today and until next time...
