3D Clover Card

Hello there everyone, welcome!!!! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend!! Mine was filled with crafting, furniture rearranging, crafting, crafting, napping and just being with my wonderful family! All and all is was a fantastic weekend!!

For today's card i wanted to share with you a 3D Clover card that i made for St. Patrick's Day this year!!  This card, like i always say, is so simple to make.  It literally took me about 5-10 minutes.  It's a quick and easy way to.... oh i don't know, invite someone out for some Green beer (lol yuck)!!

The card base itself is made with the Framelit Label Dies.  I did this by hanging my die off my folded piece of card stock (originally measured at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and that allowed my one card side to still be flat and allowing my card to open.  I used the largest die for my card base and then with my Whisper White used the 3 from the largest die to back my Clover!

The Clover itself, as you can see, is made out of the Heart Punch! I love when you can use something like a punch in the shape of a heart to create something totally different!! 

I punched out 4 hearts using my Old Olive Card Stock and then cut out 4 more with my Wild Wasabi.  I wanted my top layer to have some character so i stamped my Wild Wasabi first with Wild Wasabi Ink and my En Francais stamp (love that stamp)!  Then i just placed some snail down the middle of my top heart and "puffed" it up.  And that is how i made this 3D Clover Card!!

Now, for a few announcements!!!! With it being March, SU! has released it's stamps for this months Happy 25 Years Promotion.  This month is all about flowers! One of my favorite stamps is being re-released. I can't wait!!  Here is a look at the flyer:

Next, i am SUPER excited about!!!!! SU! is releasing their first ever truly clear stamps!!! OH BOY, have i mentioned how EXCITED i am???  I love using truly clear stamps and been hoping that SU! would be coming out with their own line! I really hope that this promotion works out and they become a regular thing!!  Take a look:
