Framed Tulip

Hello all.  Welcome to my little place on the Web, Mrs. Lincolns Inkin!

Today's share could be used as so many things. It could be used as a masculine card, a thank you card, a hello card or even a Christmas Card (if you added some glitter to the tree).  I love cards that if you didn't put a sentiment on them right away, they are great "go to" cards for whatever the occasion may be.  Today, i made this a simple "hello" card using the sentiment "hello, you" from the Regarding Dahlias set.

The base of my card today is average size of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".  I chose to go with the Cherry Cobbler because i think that it just really makes the Whisper White card stock POP!  I outlined the edges with my card with the Framed Tulip embossing folder and my Big Shot.

The stamp set that i used for my main image is Lovely As A Tree! This is such a great stamp set.  SU! has had it FOREVER and i think it's because it is soooo awesome.  It's an oldy but definitely a goody.  You will be seeing a lot more of this set in the next few days to come!!!  Here is a closer look at it if you are unfamiliar with it:

Well, that's all for today folks!! A quick reminder though that the new Holiday Mini is going to be available to order from in just a little over a week! If you don't have your catalog, contact me today.  They are $5 (plus s/h & tax).  But, if you place an order with me from my on-line store (click here to head to my on-line store) of $25 or more (prior to s/h & tax) then i will send you yours absolutely FREE!!  Until next time all...
