Simple Thank You

Good morning all!  Today's card is a super simple Thank You card.  Sometimes i think that the simplest cards are actually the most beautiful.  Don't get me wrong, i LOVE my embellishments, but sometimes i can go a little overboard, lol.  With all the wonderful options out there how it is so easy not to!!

Today's card is a standard size 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card.  I used the new (well new to me) Chevron Embossing Folder. I just adore this folder!  Right now though i am obsessed with anything and everything that is Chevron so it really is no surprise!

Blast Off Birthday!!

Good morning all.  Quick post today, i have a sick baby home with me today:(  Today's card is a card i made using the new, simply ADORABLE Blast Off set from SU! Oh my goodness is this set..... well.... ADORABLE!! I just love the little space creature!!  It is a standard size card measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".  For the window in the spaceship i used a Window Sheet so that it had some "glare" on it...

Turkey Punch Art

Good morning all and HAPPY VOTING DAY!!  Today is the day that we all have to put the knowledge that we have heard over what seems like forever and make our vote on who we think the next American President should be. For some the decision is easy, for some not so much! 

Today's card is a little Turkey Punch out that i created using mainly the Blossom Petals Builder Punch.  Sorry that the picture is a little blurry:(  Above is as good as i could get it with the exposure that i had.  Thanksgiving is just around the corner and i was feeling in the "Turkey" mood:)  The card is an average size card measuring at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".  I roughed my edges up a bit using the Tim Holtz Edge Distresser and then sponged it with Early Espresso Ink. I love the look of distressed edges, it makes it look so old/new.  If that even makes sense:)

November Thank You's!!

Good Monday morning all! Back to the start of a new week.  The weekends just seem to go by faster and faster for me:(  The family and i had a busy one this weekend too.  Lot's of "on the go" and not enough cuddle time, in my opinion!! Guess i will just have to make up for it throughout the whole week, hehe!

Today's set of cards are Thank You cards that i made using the Field Flowers stamp set and the 2012-2014 In Colors (with the exception of the Gumball Green Ink. I replaced that with Wisteria Wonder from the previous In Color set).  Just a simple Thank You that can go a long way!  These envelopes are 3x3 and fit perfect in a 3x3 envelope.  To see the video on how to make those envelopes, click HERE.

Good morning all, happy Sunday.  I wanted to post a quick card today since i wasn't able to post one yesterday.  Today's card is quick and fun.  The flowers are made out of SU!'s Word Window Punch! How neat huh?  There are soooo many things that you can do with different punches, the possibilities are endless!!

Candy Card

Good morning bloggers! Did you all have a nice Halloween last night?  The weather here was not so good so our little one wasn't able to go Trick-or-Treating, but... it's not like she knows that she missed out on anything, lol. However, mom and dad are a little sad that they didn't get any candy (hehe).

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!  Oh... Halloween... the day that all children can dress up as scary creatures and actually look somewhat cute!  The hubby and i were so looking forward to looking forward to Halloween this year, being that it is our little ones first one, however, the weather here where we are doesn't look like it is going to be nice enough to go out and around trick-or-treating:(  Fingers crossed that the weather changes and we are able to take her out for a bit!!!

So, for today's card i made this cute Pumpkin card.  To make the front of the card, i actually ended up using my Circle Cutters and Oval Cutters from Creative Memories.
