Hi all. Welcome to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin' and today's Masculine card share. Today I used a technique called Ink Dragging. I will have a video on this technique this Friday so make sure to check it out. I used the stamp set Moonlake, one of my favs. It is a great set for masculine cards:) Unfortunetly it is retired... I normally don't share cards with retired sets but to be honest... this is the first time that I have used it and then I realized that it was no longer available. Oops. This is what the second time I have done this. I guess I need to go through my inventory and find out how "off" i actually got when I took that break. The card today measures average size of 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2" and is in the thick Whisper White. I love the thicker Whisper White for the base of my cards:) So, since I can not showcase the Moonlake stamp set, I am going to be showcasing the 2 ink colors that I used today.

Hello stampers!!! I am sooo excited because today is my first Friday Video since I have been back in action. The other day when I was making my videos (I made a few to stockpile, lol) it felt so good to get back to it! With Easter just around the corner I felt that my first video should be of this beautiful Easter Cross. This is a simple yet powerful card. Let's just get right into it and roll footage!!!!

Whenever anyone places an order with me on-line I like to send a little personal thank you card just to let that person know that I appreciate their business. Each month is a different design. This month I chose to use the Number of Years stamp set that is in the Occasions Catalog right now along with the Picture Perfect set. This is just a nice, clean, simple thank you. Hello there stampers!! Welcome to today's share here at Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin'!! I am sooo excited to show you today's project. I think it is just the cutest thing ever!!! It is an Easter Bunny using the Fry Box Die. Holy cuteness!!!! This is a great little gift for a schoolmate, a co-worker or a little one Easter morning:)

Glued a cotton ball on the back for his cute little fluffy tail!! Oh my goodness.. cuteness overload!!! The item that I am showcasing today is in fact the Fry Box die. This is a great larger die to have. You can use it for so many things!!

Hey there all!!!! Welcome to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin' and today's card share. Today I am sharing a card that I made and sent to my daddy just because. I love to send cards sparatically to my loved ones and friends just to let them know that I was thinking of them. Plus it is nice to go to the mailbox and receive something that is personal and doesn't have a due date on it:) This card is using the Going Places DSP. To be honest I didn't know at first if I was going to like this pack... it had designs in it that aren't really in my comfort zone. But, when I got it I fell in love with the patterns once I saw them in person. There are so many pretty (yes pretty) patterns in there and also it is great for masculine cards!
The stamp set that I used today is the Guy Greeting set. It describes my Papa perfectly. He by far is the best Dad, Grandpa and Husband that my mom, daughter and I could ask for:) The item that I am showcasing today isn't the stamp set (which it usually is) but the DSP pack. I just want to give this product praise because it really surprised me:

Hello friends. Thank you so much for taking a moment to peek in today. Today's share is an Easter card that features who else... the Easter Bunny. This card is a fun card to make for a little one I think. It is full of sparkle and just so stinkin' cute!! This card uses a few different punches, which I love. I used the Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper and have to say... the glitter comes off of this card stock. I was expecting it to me more like the Real Red or the Gold Glimmer paper. That glitter paper the glitter seems to be "set" more. Anyway, the Blushing Bride is absolutely beautiful and perfect for this type of card:)
The stamp set that I used today is the cute For Peeps Sake set. Unfortunelty it is retired, which I just realized, lol. I guess that one was one that I missed way back when I was doing my annual cleaning of retired products. Oops, lol. Well it is still a cute set:) Since that was the item that I was going to showcase today, I am now going to showcase the Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper...

Happy Friday stampers! So today I am off work and am doing nothing but crafting. I don't get many days like this so I am really enjoying it:) I currently have the music blaring and am just getting crafty, lol. I thought that today I would share with you this cute little DIY (Do It Yourself) business card holder. Some of those holders that you buy at the store that can be expensive, so if you can why not do it yourself. This little beauty is made using an old cassette tape holder. I know right, who would of thought.
All you need to do is decorate it to your liking and that's it. It holds your business card perfect!! Your DSP is going to measure 2 5/8" x 4" for the back piece and then 1" x 4" for the strip in the front. It's as simple as that my friends.

Hello all. Welcome to Mrs. Lincoln's Inkin'!! I have seen this layout of card a lot. On other blogs I visit, Pinterest and just fell in love with it. I can't remember what people are calling it so I am just calling it what it is... the Missing Middle card, lol:) The actual card measures average size of 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2". You then have to decide how large you want your missing section to be. The gap in my is about 1 1/2". I used the Calypso Coral for the base and then topped it with some DSP from the awesome Birthday Bouquet paper pack. Love this pack!!!!
The stamp set that I used today is the Butterfly Basics set. It's an oldie but goodie. Here is a closer look at the entire set:
So, this Friday is a free day for me... no work for this girl, so i will be busy in my craft room all day. I will be making some videos and getting back into the swing of things posting a video every Friday. I am hoping to someday post 2 videos a week but with a full-time job and a little one, that seems a bit out of reach:) But a girl can dream right? Well that is all for the share today. Happy Tuesday friends! Well, today here in the mitten we are having another snow storm. It is being suggested that we are going to get another 10" by morning. The hubby went out to snow blow today and by the time he was done, it needed to be done again. He finally just gave up, lol. Today's share is filled with Spring colors because at the moment that is all I am thinking about. This card I used an oldie but goodie sketch from Mojo Monday. This is a great blog that you can go to if you are just stuck and need a little inspiration on how to lay out your card. I love this layout too because I love that the front panel fits this incredible greeting that is from the stamp set Rose Wonder.

Hi there stampers!! So, we are approaching St. Patty's Day and I thought I would share a quick and simple card that I made to celebrate the "holiday". This is a card that has a lot of glitter to it. It uses the Gold Glimmer Paper (I am obsessed with all the glitter papers). This card measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" and is in the Mossy Meadow. Then comes the glitter paper!! Isn't it pretty, lol:) I used the Over the Rainbow stamp set to create my rainbow and can you guess what I used to make my pot? Yup, it is the Owl Builder Punch. I just cut off the feet and then trimmed it up a bit. Perfect size!
Then I used the circle punch from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack and created some gold coins from the glitter paper again. I just love it!! Here is a closer look at the Over the Rainbow stamp set that I used today:
